ABOUT US
Owned by Sharon and Mark Tofler of Tofler Partners Pty Limited ABN 80 097 604 763, the Lolly Bug is part of The Farmhouse Café and Lolly Store situated at 2297 Great Western Hwy Little Hartley NSW. Our Store is open to the public Friday through to Monday.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will do our best to keep our web site up to date so that only available products are shown, however, due to high demand on a daily basis, some products may not be available. In this case we will contact you by email or telephone and advise of the expected delay. We will ask you if you would like a substitute product or if you would like to have the out of stock product delivered at a later date. We will never charge you for any product until the day it is dispatched.
DISPATCH TIMES
Products will normally be dispatched within two working days of an ordering being received, however, at times of high demand this may be up to one week, We will notify you by email or telephone if an order will not be dispatched within the week.
PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST in the price. Prices and details are subject to change, however, every effort is made to keep the information up to date.
POSTAGE
Products are dispatched via Australia Post and postage is calculated at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to use another carrier should circumstances warrant it. We do not deliver to PO boxes, a residential or business address must be provided.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Every effort is made to accurately describe each product, however, colour and shape may differ to images provided on our web site.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via credit card on our secure site, however, if you prefer payment can be made by EFT to our bank account or you can post a cheque or phone through your credit card details if you prefer. Please contact us if you wish to use these alternate payment methods. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.
RETURNS
We take care in packaging our products, however, we are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping. Returns are accepted at our discretion. If you wish to return an item please advise us in writing, giving us the reason for the return of the item, then send the product and its original packaging by post to our business address. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, however, if we do exchange the product the postage costs on the exchange will be met by us.
CHOCOLATE ITEMS
Please take care when ordering chocolate items. If the weather is hot they may not travel well and we cannot be responsible if they are affected by the heat once they leave our premises.
